3. Implement – Test Strategy, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test data, Test case review and approval
Deliverables: Test Suite, Risks, Assumptions, mitigation plan
4. Execute & Refine – Test case Execution, Defect raising and tracking the defect till closure, Re-testing
Deliverable: Test report, daily reports, defect report, dashboards, metrics
5. Closure – Receive Sign-off, Final presentation
Deliverable: All documents to client, final presentation, closure sign-off report.
